Best Chocolate Fudge

Easy chocolate fudge sauce recipe adapted from the chefs I used to work with in Ireland hot fudge sauce-thumb-330x247-1330

Ingredients

1 can of sweetened condense milk

1 stick (250 g) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup luscious dark chocolate, chopped

a splash of (possibly) dark vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

a pinch of sea salt

  1. Melt butter on medium heat, mix in chopped chocolate and condense milk
  2. Let simmer on medium heat until the consistency is thick and creamy

  3. Add a splash of vanilla and a pinch of sea salt and enjoy over ice cream, fruit kebobs, fresh berries…

IMG_4741 Fudge stored in an airtight container in the fridge is good for about 1 month time and makes for a good housewarming gift! …if you double the amount of chocolate used, you can use the fudge to cover cakes and other recipes.
